By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

There is no obligation to enroll. Benefits may not be available in all plans or service areas.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

This agreement is not a condition of enrollment and your consent can be revoked at any time. There is no obligation to enroll. Benefits may not be available in all plans or service areas. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 7 organizations which offer 59 products in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options. Participating sales agencies represent Medicare Advantage [HMO, PPO, PFFS, and PDP] organizations that are contracted with Medicare. You also agree to Healthcare Solutions Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Enrollment depends on the plan’s contract renewal. Enrollment in the described plan type may be limited to certain times of the year unless you qualify for a special enrollment period. Healthcare Solutions is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. Government or the federal Medicare program. This is a solicitation of insurance. A licensed insurance agent/producer may contact you.  

Healthcare Solutions Insurance Agency, LLC is a licensed and certified representative of HMO, PPO, and PFFS organizations, and stand-alone PDP that have a Medicare contract. Enrollment in any plan depends on contract renewal. Healthcaresolutions.net is privately owned and operated by Healthcare Solutions Insurance Agency, LLC. Healthcaresolutions.net is a non-government asset for people on Medicare, providing resources in easy to understand format. The government Medicare site is www.medicare.gov.

If your complaint involves a broker or agent, be sure to include the name of the person when filing your grievance.
